Maids quite reasonable with simple requests for fresh towels and if the "Do not disturb" sign is hung on the door handle, they still provide the routine two bottles of water from their cart... because they do not enter the room. Reception man last night was decent enough to tell me that extending my stay by several days might be cheaper "online", but it was 27 Baht more per night with Expedia... so, I walked down from the 5th level and negotiated a week-long rate with him. I do not use A/C; curtains and balcony door open all the time; great light. This visit I am directly above the lobby; last time, the Annex building...

Was quite disappointed that they didn’t let me know the pool wasn’t going to be open my whole trip, but apart from that it was a great hotel to stay in, was nice and quiet close to everything. The staff were amazing so kind and very bubbly was good to see them every morning at breakfast. I would definitely recommend staying here if you like peace and quiet 🙂

Room was spacious and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was very average. We had booked a Junior Suite which ended up being on the 1st floor with the balcony overlooking the construction site at the hotel next door. I asked to be moved since we thought we had picked the best room but was advised there was nothing else available, so we had a week of listening to banging, drilling, etc., you can't be expected to be out all day every day just to avoid that, just wish we had been made aware before we booked. Also, there were no towels in the room on check in, nor was the TV working. Staff didn't seem that interested. I'm not one to complain but for the price we paid for this we did not receive what we thought we had booked.

I love the location. Hotel staff was very helpful. I had to leave early and reservation manager was very helpful and they gave me a refund on the days I already paid for. I plan on going back for 2 months in January. Also house keeping kept room aways cleaned and well stocked with everything I needed
