We had a wonderful stay at Azure Palace Hotel. The hotel is very centrally located, close to the city center and Bangla Road, with everything within walking distance – including Patong Beach. The location was perfect and made it very easy to get around. The staff and owner were absolutely amazing: very kind, helpful, and truly service-minded. They were always smiling, happy, and asking how we were doing and if everything was okay. We felt very welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. We can highly recommend Azure Palace Hotel and would definitely consider staying here again.

Disliked: Amenities
The hotel is being redecorated, and was by far finished. We lost water in the evening, and found a new hotel. The room was ok, with some new, and some old furniture. The fridge smelled mold. The doors and window are paper thin, and you have no isolateqtion for sound. The balconies are to small to use.
