Location, location, location is what I loved about this resort. Secondly, the customer service was fantastic. Because of my husband’s mobility issues the location was on point, being able to access Bangla and the beach together was a win, win. The staff, it just doesn’t get in Better! Left a terrible hotel after one night and came to La Flora. BEST decision of our trip. Room is older and a different layout but very clean and spacious. The best part is the staffing from the minute you arrive until you leave. Breakfast buffet is hot and lots of options. Location is about as good as it gets for walkable. The ONLY negative is you are on a one way street kinda trapped so leaving to go anywhere in fast, but to get back to the hotel is always four times longer. It is beachfront but they dont actually have any seats or area on the sand. From what I seen no hotels do in this area.
