Be prepared that there is a refundable deposit of 2000 THB required at check-in. You will also not have access to the stovetop in the room unless you pay 2000 THB (non-refundable). That will allow them to unlock the stove for you to make is usable. Then you have to pay another non-refundable deposit to use their pots and pans to cook with. You are only permitted 2 bath towels per day, no extras are permitted at all. In order to get any new towels you have to turn in the old towels, they physically count them during the exchange. Wash cloths and hand towels do not exist at this hotel. Be prepared and bring or buy your own. The “international” breakfast is the same heavy, Indian food on repeat each morning. There is nothing international about it. Although hotel staff are very polite, they are not the most helpful or accommodating. It could use some updating. The chairs in the kitchen are stools that are worn out with no back support, and the bases of them are all rusted out. The Islamic call to prayer is called several times throughout the day starting at 5am through the loud speaker at the neighboring mosque-just something to keep in consideration. There is no way this hotel should have a 4 star rating. It is a 2.5 - 3 star at most. I do not recommend this hotel.
