Dewdrop Condo - Spacious Studio For 2 By Beach!

Dewdrop Condo at Lumberyard Lofts is a spacious studio apartment with full kitchen and bath, just a block up from Lake Pepin. Perfect for two guests, this condo is a great place to relax after a fun-filled day exploring nearby wineries, restaurants, or the Pepin Marina and beach, both just down the block.

In addition to the lovely bedroom, there's a full kitchen if you'd like to cook on site, including a full compliment of pots, pans, bakeware, dishes, silverware, etc. We do provide dish soap, basic spices, oil and a small selection of tea. Bring your own coffee supplies, food, beverages, sunblock and mosquito repellant. We also provide towels for use in the home, soap, shampoo and conditioner and beach towels for you to use during your stay.

Dewdrop is a great place to stay for weddings, boating, touristing or working on the go with our provided high-speed wifi. There's plenty of street parking for vehicles and boats, too. We have additional vacation rentals in Pepin as well (including in the same building), in case you have a larger group and would like to book parallel accommodations.

Clean and great location

Nice and clean. Has a small kitchenette with a table and chairs. The location is really convenient. Quick walk downtown and also to the lake. Note: there is no living room.

Perfect little place!

This is a great little apartment on the main floor. It’s about a block from the Pepin marina with lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. We have friends that have a place in town but the train keeps me up all night when I stay there. I didn’t even hear the train here👍. We will definitely stay again!!

Nice Little Stay

Place is nice. Has a small kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom. I chose this unit for the king bed. Overall as described. Nothing fancy.

A very nice two person condo. Clean and well appointed. The only negative was no dishwasher. Grocery store across the street which is convenient.

Very clean

The inside is much better than how it looks outside. It was very clean and served our purpose. The bathroom sink was a bit small and the shower had amazing water pressure but unfortunately when we were leaving on Sunday one of us has to take a cold shower.

Jill is an EXCEPTIONAL hostess! Me and my partner can’t be around fragrance and she followed our instructions to the letter! The location is in a beautiful small town of Pepin. Everyone was friendly. She met needs we didn’t even know we needed! The place was wonderfully decorated I would definitely stay with her again.
