"Great location near metro and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were quick to respond for any help we needed. The room was big (for Paris standards) and was clean. Overall, we were very happy with our stay."

"Newer hotel with AC. But…. This newer hotel also has you use your room key to scan for the elevator. Doesn’t sound like an issue but you can only access your floor. Have friends on another floor and you need them to meet you in the lobby to get to that floor. Pool needs to be RESERVED. So zero access to the pool or BAR without a reservation. There’s nothing near this hotel as far as restaurants. One bar open till 1am next to the train (Metro) station entrance 2 city blocks from the hotel entrance. And a local food mart across from the same Metro station. Staff is great but did have issues with those room keys that are also needed for the AC and the room lights. Not a fan but price was reasonable and it had AC so definitely needed that in July of 2026."

"Room was cleaned daily. This was my 5th stay. Swimming pool is amazing, this time I discovered you could get a spa towel card you could exchange for a towel at the pool just make sure you keep exchanging it back to hand the card back to reception otherwise you will be charged. Staff were super helpful this is the kids favourite hotel when coming to disney. We didn't use the bus at all on this trip but it's only for this hotel so you don't have the overcrowded pushing as you do at other hotels."
