"The chalet was exactly as described & shown in photos. However I was disappointed that not as clean as we believe it should be. The owner needs to check on the cleaners work. There was dust on bed heads, in the bathroom, dirty oven and fridge. Even if it had been empty for a while, a quick once over before our arrival would have been good. Having said that, it was well equipped with everything you needed for the kitchen. The owner also supplied lovely crisp, thick towels & bed linen. There was an large selection of DVD's plus boxed games. The chalet is well located, close to all the site amenities but not close enough to be disturbed by noise. Easy parking directly in front of chalet."

"Lovely cottage, well located in Bolingey, close to Perranporth Beach, Very comfortable beds and well-equipped for guests. A couple of positive points worth noting that weren’t emphasised in the listing: the bathroom has a shower and there’s off-street parking space for up to two cars in tandem. This is particularly convenient given the alternative would be parking on the narrow road. Dog-friendly owners and great outside space for your four-legged friend. Do be aware that the garden is not enclosed if your dog likes to wander off. There are very nice trails nearby (Saints Trail) to walk down to Perranporth or up to Cocks (!), or a loop back around to Bolingey. The nearest shopping is a CoOp in Perranporth (1 of 2 in town) open 7 days until 10pm while we were there in August, or there are a variety of larger options in Truro, 20 min drive away."

"Had a fantastic stay. Lovely clean comfortable property in the middle of Perranporth. Had an issue with the washing machine but this was resolved by a quick response from Clementine at Luxury Holidays (who was excellent). Would highly recommend this holiday home."

"What an amazing period property to stay at. The hosts were extremely welcoming and great at responding to any questions we had.The house was clean and ready early for our arrival. There were plenty of things to do in the house, even being able to try your hand at mastering the saxophone. The grounds are vast and have a stunning display of flora and fauna (most of which can only grow in Cornwall's climate). The area is extremely peaceful, even the chickens were quiet, bonus of fresh eggs each morning helps too. Being in walking distance of the village to through the new Saints Trail but far enough out to enjoy the peace and tranqulity.We will be returning at some point, maybe even to move into the area permanently. "
