"Overall good hotel. Nothing fancy but it has everything"

Waterfront on Glacier

10/10 Excellent

"The young woman at the front desk was extremely helpful in straightening out an issue with the type of room we were assigned. We needed a two queen configuration instead of the king bed we were assigned. She got us situated into a suitable room right away."

Ramada by Wyndham Juneau

8/10 Good

"Room was spatious but some what dates. That is all fine with me though. I rate pleasantness of staff to be pretty high and the lady running desk in the morning when I checked out on 9/17 was straight up rude. No bones about it. I was ready to start my day cheering since I had gotten a lot in the week and was going to head home happy. She needs to be reminded that we are paying customers and not some grunt as she had a a very military like tone to her. Resign to the night shift then. Bad management for a bad hire."

Spacious suite in the heart of downtown

10/10 Excellent

"Location to downtown is wonderful. Easy walk. Beds were comfortable and place was clean. We had a short stay, but the place was perfect."

Alpine Suite in Downtown Juneau

10/10 Excellent

"The unit was in immaculate condition, spotless and one of the best equipped short term rentals we have experienced (thank you for supplies in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room). It was an easy stroll to downtown restaurants, shopping and tour operators. I would stay again and recommend without any hesitancy."
