"Construction at the moment"

"I cant fault the hotel and we enjoyed our short stay very much however the price was much higher than similar standard options we have stayed out previously and the step up in cost did not translate in a step up of quality so it might be our first and last time staying im afraid to say."

"It was great. We would definitely stay at NobleDen again. Location was perfect for us. Easy access to subways. Lots of great restaurants and bars within a 10-15min walk. The roof top was very cool. The room was clean and bright. The shower was awesome. The staff were cheerful and helpful. Can't say enough good things about this hotel. On our next trip i'd definitely opt for a balcony room."

"Well decorated and clean rooms. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. The rooftop is a great place to work and despite some of the comments about the WiFi, I’ve never encountered an issue. The Penny has become my favorite stay in Brooklyn recently."

"Nice location, cool views from our city view room. Bit small for a long stay. Staff have a bit of a New York attitude problem so don’t expect great service. One exception for the nice chap who checked us in!"

"The staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming. I would especially like to recognize Diego for his outstanding service. He genuinely went above and beyond to assist me in every possible way. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a real difference in my experience. The room was wonderful, and overall, I had a lovely stay."

"Great location and the room was big. Bed was ok, sofa bed not great."

"I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel :) The staff are so incredibly friendly. My room was a great size, felt newly appointed and had floor to ceiling windows. It was so helpful to have the all day cafe and restaurant as well. Such a great location! I work in the industry and stay a quite a few hotels - i definitely recommend a stay here."

"My experience at The William Vale in Brooklyn was humiliating and deeply upsetting. All I wanted was to celebrate my husband’s birthday and enjoy a special night together. Instead, the hotel called the police on us, and we were told to leave without a clear explanation. Staff claimed they had called our room beforehand, but we were in the room and never heard the phone ring. The first indication we had that there was a problem was when the police knocked on our door. I felt embarrassed, hurt,...

"Very disappointing experience. We booked a 3-night stay with a city view, but on our first night, we were assigned Room 426 without being informed that no city-view rooms were available. The most frustrating part was that the staff never mentioned this during check-in. We had to notice it ourselves and go down to the front desk to ask, only to find out that the room type we had booked was unavailable. The staff promised to move us to a city-view room the following morning, but that didn’t...

"Es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt, es hat an nichts gefehlt und die Aussicht war atemberaubend. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen."
