"Construction at the moment"

"I cant fault the hotel and we enjoyed our short stay very much however the price was much higher than similar standard options we have stayed out previously and the step up in cost did not translate in a step up of quality so it might be our first and last time staying im afraid to say."

"Well decorated and clean rooms. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. The rooftop is a great place to work and despite some of the comments about the WiFi, I’ve never encountered an issue. The Penny has become my favorite stay in Brooklyn recently."

"Great hotel and location."

"Nice location, cool views from our city view room. Bit small for a long stay. Staff have a bit of a New York attitude problem so don’t expect great service. One exception for the nice chap who checked us in!"

"Great location and the room was big. Bed was ok, sofa bed not great."

"We were visiting Brooklyn for the first time and this was a perfect spot for us. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and on arrival I asked for a quiet room and they accommodated my request with no hesitation. The rooms come with complimentary water, wine, coffee and chocolates as well as lovely lotions and if you need anything else it’s a phone call away. "Best hotel in New York"

"The room had a musty smell. Asked for daily room cleaning, at checkout was told I declined it. Not true."

"Es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt, es hat an nichts gefehlt und die Aussicht war atemberaubend. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen."

"Everything was great but the WiFi was not working , also the elevators stopped working while it was Halloween and they had a party 😭 it was crazy I will not stay here again during the Halloween season. The party was OK… I wouldn’t do this again though. Loved the bar downstairs and the coworkers were amazing and so was the food and drinks!!! 10/10"

"We only stayed here one night, but all amenities were as expected, staff was very helpful and the location was great. Very close to lots of food options in China Town. We were here for a concert at the Mercury Lounge, which was walkable. Only downside is that there was some noise from trains. There is no parking on site so we had to find a nearby garage and walk a little. Would stay here again if I need a hotel in NYC!"

"The double beds are TINY and hard! The shower had black mold everywhere. Staff was very nice"
