"Staff was very helpful, there was an issue with my room and they were quick to resolve which was very appreciated. The hotel itself looks recently renovated but simple things such as AC and toiletries should be upgraded. Very little airflow / cooling which made it difficult to rest. Bigger hotels like these shouldn’t overlook things that enhance overall guest experience."

"Our favorite hotel with access to the beach! All rooms were suites so we had plenty of room. Convenience to restaurants and shopping. One evening we took a bus ride to Alcudia. Great vibe and beach dining! Lovely, safe, and quiet hotel! Lots of games and activities for kids. 2 pools and grass area with ping pong table. Enjoyed our balcony and kitchenette. Staff was helpful and informative. Gym had good options too. Beach was so much fun, low to no waves."

I wish the rest of the staff were all like her, only feedback would be the buffet evening food, this needs to get better but everything else made up for that! "We stayed at Hacienda Son Antem after spending four days in Barcelona to get some relaxation at the end of our vacation. It was a great way to finish off our trip to Spain.
