"Spa beautiful"

"After checking in, our room key did not work, so we had to return to the lobby. One staff member initially explained it as a system issue, but another staff later corrected it, saying it was simply a mistake. Later, we came back to the lobby to look for drinking water, as none was provided in the room. Unlike most hotels we stayed at during this trip, there were no complimentary bottles, vending machines, or nearby convenience stores available. At check-out, a staff member asked us to pay for the stay again, even though it had already been fully prepaid through Expedia. I had to show the reservation and payment confirmation before another staff member stepped in and resolved the situation. Overall, the staff seemed unfamiliar with basic procedures, which caused unnecessary delays and stress. This ultimately affected our schedule, as we had to rush to continue our trip to Plitvice Lakes National Park. In addition, the hotel did not match the expectations set by the photos online. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here"

"Was nice clean place to stay. Host was great -- pool and hot tub were closed which wasn't great, would have loved that to be communicated more clearly."

"Lovely setting surrounded by countryside and great views but close to Zadar and other places to visit. Shops and cafes close by. Ines was wonderful host. The apartment was very private, spotless and had everything with a great terrace. We will be coming back"
