Regarding access, you will have full rental privileges for the entire home. Additionally, you have complete access to the basement and the outdoor patio seating area.

Housekeeping: Your keyless entry codes will be provided at the designated check-in time of 4:00 pm. However, during busy check-in periods, housekeeping may be present until approximately 6:30 pm to ensure thorough cleaning of the property. Early Check-In: If you wish to check in up to 2 hours earlier than the standard 4:00 pm time, an additional fee of $40 applies. Late Checkout: For a 2-hour extension after the regular checkout time of 10:00 am, there is a fee of $40. No Smoking and No Pets: Any violation of our no smoking and no pets policy will result in a minimum charge of $300, in addition to any other associated costs. Proper Trash Disposal: Guests are expected to bag their trash correctly before departing. No Unauthorized Guests Allowed: It is not permitted to have guests who are not listed in the reservation. If you have special circumstances, such as a local friend visiting, please communicate with your host. You are responsible for any guest not authorized by the host, with an additional charge of $40 per person exceeding the reservation count. No Parties: Parties are strictly prohibited in our home. Any noise complaints from neighbors, damage caused by unauthorized guests, or any actions that result in significant disruption or damage may incur fines of up to $500.
