"I booked a 3 bedroom suite and it was very spacious to my surprise. Not only was it spacious but very clean. When we drove up to the hotel, we were greeted by friendly staff and did not hesitate to assist us with our luggage. At check-in, the front desk staff were not as friendly and engaging like the staff that greeted you. One of the front desk staff didn’t even bother to look up and just continued to look down at the computer. I wasn’t sure if he was going to assist me or not so I waited until the other front desk staff finished checking in a customer. While I waited another individual walked in and went straight to the person that was looking at the computer and proceeded to assist him. I was a bit annoyed since he knew I was waiting to be helped. If the front desk staff upon check-in was friendlier and engaging, I would have given 5 stars. "
