"This is my third time to stay here. Location is excellent, close to the malls, shops and stores. Room is clean wifi connection is good; staff is prompt to respond . Only comment, maybe add some freshener in the room and bathroom. I like entering a room with clean, fresh scent; add a butter knife in the kitchen. Thank you!"

"Overall it is a nice getaway for a family/group. We stayed in a 4 bedroom suite for a family of 6. The only thing that is not good is the reception area. Upon arrival for a supposed check in at 3pm we have to wait for almost an hour for our room (mind you, I booked the hotel months ahead) and upon checking out, I have to remind the receptionist for the 2k pesos incidental fees, for which I have to wait longer before he clears us to check out. I suggest they need to upgrade their system of checking in and out for the convenience of guests."
