"Our room at white stains on the carpet, only can assume what it was. However, the staff made sure we were comfortable and that our rooms were changed. we were also given free breakfast certificates. We appreciated their efforts making sure we felt heard and comfortable."

"This is a low-frills place to stay. About 1/4 of the cost of traditional hotels in central Chicago. Very limited food on site, but many sources nearby. Shared bathrooms are the rule in hostels. I paid 1/5 of the cost at the event hotel attached to my meeting at McCormick place. Considerable night sleeping in the shadows on adjacent streets."
