"The service is quite well. They always smile and care about the customers. Thank you for the support all the time. And I do appreciate the location the hotel is. Thanks a lot again."
"The hotel has a unique design and great location.
It's near King Power duty-free and the good Nikko Thai Massage place.
Staff are friendly and helpful."
"If you are planning to use the hotel only for sleeping then it's fine as a base. The rooms need updating and shower rooms definitely need renovating. I can't fault the staff at all, they were the best thing about the hotel and made the stay bearable. The hotel is walking distance to Pratunam market, night market, Platinum, Decembers Market.

"Love this hotel. Its worth every penny. Thank you to all the staff that makes the trip memorable. A special shoutout to the bell boy & house keepers for being so kind & accomodating.. Good Luck & God Bless :)"
"The room was perfect for us & our 4 children. Reasonably central and quick to walk to a night market. Easy to find taxis ect to move around and about a 10-15 minute walk to the sky train. Well connected with the airport.
The room itself was ok, it needs some basic renovation in the shower and finishing touches to make it more comfortable.
Overall it served it's purpose for a couple of nights in Bangkok with the kids before flying to the coast. I wouldn't have been happy with the standard if...
"Natee hostel is the perfect place for back packers as is located at the heart of bangkok city. Everyone from the staff including the owner Tuck have been super nice and super helpful. I would love to come back to Bangkok again and stay here again. Thank you for everything cheers !"

"It was an amazing stay in this hotel, front desk and concierge staffs were very nice with excellent hospitality.
I like the bright lighting in the room, very high ceiling, the washroom is big and new white tile floor felt like home. Just a bit disappointed to no bathtub in the standard room, which I brought over lots of bath salt to try to relax.
We usually not to border for housekeeping during our stay, it is because we usually sanitize everything when we get to the room. This time we experienced the same problem after the housekeeping made up our room in one morning, we found hairs by the sink and floor which were not there before. I've seen before some hotel's housekeeper uses the used towel to clean the floor and around sink, which is really awful. I hope this hotel should monitor not to have this habit.
Otherwise both pools are beautiful, we like to stay at 22nd floor pool, with lots of benches, and during 5-7pm they have happy hour for most of the drinks which is very good deal.
Overall we like the hotel, convenient in location attached to BTS, will come back next time."
"The staff at Centre Point were super friendly and the property was conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. The rooms are super big. A must stay! "
"Really enjoyed our 5 night stay, every single interaction with staff on reception, breakfast crew, gym/pool staff, cleaning staff was 10/10 service, nothing was too much. Just across the road from the mall, we walked to/from MBK every day as this was the drop off point for tours. Gym was very nice with very cool towels in the fridge. Didn't use the pool but it looked very big. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Thank you staff for our great stay and look forward to coming back. "
