"Paul is an excellent host—responsive, communicative, and quick to address any concerns during our stay. The home met our needs and its location, just steps from the beach, is a definite advantage.That said, the property is somewhat dated and would benefit from a deep cleaning and a few updates, such as replacing the window screens so the windows can be opened without allowing insects inside. We also encountered some cleanliness and insect issues, which Paul addressed promptly.Overall, if you're looking for an affordable place in a great beach location and don't mind a home with a bit of wear, this property offers good value."

"I think about the only “bad” thing I can say is that we had a hard time finding the key box when we checked in. I think the instructions could be a little bit more clear, but it is also entirely possible that I did not follow the directions very well! Hah. The owner was prompt to answer a phone call and get us sorted out with the key.The place was beautiful and it was clean. The views from nearly every point in the house are amazing. The property is a little bit remote out on the Cape for getting supplies, but the trade-off is peace and quiet, which were there an abundance.I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone or stay in the property again. We had a lovely time and would love to return."

"This house is literally on the ocean. It is a great place to stay with children on the beach. There is an outside shower which is a great perk. Kitchen is well stocked. Home was clean and attractive."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this beautiful home. The location was perfect for our family of 4... the kids enjoyed exploring the water with the kayaks, countless walks and sunsets, great seafood, and coffee from the screened in porch every morning. We'll definitely be back. Our pups felt right at home as well. Thanks for sharing your home with us!"
