It was quiet and clean. The pool was good and the small lazy river was a nice touch. The property was as described and we enjoyed staying there. The only thing was the property was somewhat dated but other than that it was great!

Our first stay but definitely not our last!! Everything about this place is great especially the fact everything was very clean and well maintained!! This place is not like staying in a hotel it’s like being home!! Everything from booking to checking out was very easy and well organized!!

Great Stay and Location

Everything was Great, spacious, very clean, comfortable, Great location off the main strip, but very close to attractions, restaurants, felt safe and secure. Good view from the balcony. Communication with staff thru text and phone was very friendly, professional and informative. I'm looking forward to returning in the future. It felt like home away from home.

Likes- right off parkway, near shopping, eating, entertainment options. Nice size of condo with spacious outdoor patio. Dislike- may sound weird but the unit had a musty or mildewy smell.

My only complaint -Beds were not comfortable or sturdy. The place was clean. The kitchen was stocked. There is no Kurig , rather an older coffee pot, so we had to buy filters and a big bag of coffee for our two person two night stay. It was minimally decorated but was clean. It was in a good location, quiet from others, roomy, had the basics.

This place was a great size for our family and in a great location. However, it's old, outdated and needs some TLC. The furniture is very well used and is no longer comfortable to sit on. The washer/dryer is so loud that it was a bit scary. They don't include any basics in the kitchen (no salt/pepper or coffee filters). We wouldn't choose this place again.

Well taken care of property. Clean and safe. Building 1 and 2 have a view of the main road which I enjoyed every morning. Road is far enough away that noise is not a problem. This property is located close to all the important things and you can head to Gatlinburg from there without having to fight the heavy traffic on the strip.
