"This place is quite pleasant and offers excellent service. The breakfast was very good and varied daily. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they even took the time to walk us through the property."
"What a great place to stay. Sadly we were in town for a funeral and just needed a quiet, relaxed, comfortable place for a few nights. While the buildings and rooms are a bit dated, Roman Spa staff were friendly and helpful, could walk to everything in town from the hotel, had amazing foot massages at the spa, pools were clean and heated, room was clean as can be with a kitchen that had everything needed to cook or to store leftovers from restaurants. The grounds were lovely and well maintained....

"Loved the vibe and the room was nice. The vibe around the hotel was healthy and chill. The bar has good drinks and the kitchen with outdoor seating is perfect for lounging in the sun. Our favorite part was the filtered water available in the lobby and the mineral bath soak pool and cold water bucket dump feature. We will be back for sure. "
"I loved this hotel! Lovely room, comfortable bed perfect location. Calistoga is such a cute little town we enjoyed our stay, and will plan to stay longer next time. I will say that the claw foot tub/shower combo was a bit uncomfortable in that the plastic shower curtain was so "bunchy" that it was difficult to keep it from touching you while you showered. Maybe they could cut the plastic panel a bit to stretch it out? I liked the bath products used--great smelling! The hot springs tub was closed for repairs, which was unfortunate. But the bottle of wine as a consolation prize was well done!"

"This charming Victorian home is located in a residential neighborhood that is a 10 minute walk to the main downtown area (Lincoln Blvd). We found it had plenty of room for 6 Adults and it could easily accommodate 8. It was a warm weekend and the AC did a great job of keeping the house cool. The beds were comfortable and it has a nice large dining table for group meals. We also appreciated the nice large refrigerator and sharp knives for cooking. We would definitely return on a future visit. "
