We had a difficult time locating this- probably because of my GPS but then it’s a split building and the other half is vacant or being remodeled so we thought this was a scam. But it was legit. Fabio and his wife were very friendly! Gave us a map and directions and a coupon for a bar next to the tower where we had a beautiful breakfast. You can see the tower from the apartment. Which was large and modern. There is a very tight spiral staircase that you have to climb to get to the apartment. But if you are planning on climbing the tower- this shouldn’t be a problem. I would stay again!

It was a great property except that it has very low ceilings especially in bedroom with 4 twin beds and low ceiling in bathroom. Also there is only 1 bathroom which I didn't realize from photos. Breakfast was not available but lots of restaurants and cafes within a 5 minute walk

Great service and great location for sightseeing in Pisa. The host was very helpful. Only 5 minutes walk to the leaning tower in Pisa.

Near to the leaning tower as advertised and easily accessible supermarkets and train stations. The spiral staircase made it hard to bring up the luggages. No kettle , ironing board.
