"The pool and beach setting were incredible, the room was spacious and had nice amenitys, the beds were comfy and balconys had a stunning view. We upgraded to half board when we arrived, breakfast had lots of options, dinner was always really high quality food, however the amount offered did seem to depend on how many people were in the hotel at the time. "The staff were excellent especially the restaurant manager and the guest relations who were very accommodating and attentive to our needs Breakfast and evening meal were very good The sea can be quite rough but enjoyable at the same time with a soft sandy beach and warm water, the pool is not very big and the beach towels not very good Once again the staff are excellent"

"We had a great 4 night stay at Ahu Bay. It was nice that Nilanga messaged ahead to discuss arrival time. Having a room right on the beach was a real treat and the private pool was kept spotless by the team. The team couldn’t do more for us during our stay, making adjustments to cocktails to suit ours tastes. We ate at hotel twice and both times really enjoyed the dishes we tried, it’s clear there’s a talented chef in the kitchen! "
