"Absolutely charming and a wonderful surprise! We felt like we were living in our own little home while we were here. Very spacious room (we had deluxe triple) equipped with a decanter of lillet and two glasses! We were greeted by Jeanne who lugged our suitcases upstairs since the room wasn’t ready. Great location on a VERY quaint and quiet street but easy access to all tram lines and two blocks from the river. "Location great for having a car. Transport into and of Bordeaux was easy. Uber was straightforward as was the tram. We arrived and it was hot! Pool was very much welcome, but no shade around the pool area and one umbrella (1 of 2) was broken so very little shade by the bar area. Shame as only downside to a lively hot."
