"As someone who only stays in luxury villas I expect a lot, but this property provides things even the best doesn’t. I stayed in villa 3 a 2 bed with huge private pool and outdoor living. The things that stood out to me were they provided a beach bag (which is available to purchase) quilted padded slippers which were a nice touch & I’ve never stayed anywhere where the kitchen is fully equipped just like home, they even provide kitchen roll which surprised me! I absolutely loved my main hosts Nitty & Ross, nothing was too much for them even by the hospitality standards of Indonesia. My villa was only a few steps away from the private beach where they provided paddle boards which again a nice touch. Sunsets on the beach were beautiful. The restaurant served lovely authentic dishes as well as western food and the cocktails and non alcoholic drinks were fantastic. I’ve never been to the same place twice, but this place has definitely changed that. "The apartment we stayed in, penthouse B6, was fantastic. Great value, plenty of living space, 2 1/2 bathrooms and a very large balcony. It’s quiet, air con works wonderfully, it’s clean and comfortable beds. Pool in the complex is terrific. Clean, large, cool and spacious. Plenty of deck chairs also. Stop@Sopa local restaurant was perfect, great Thai food, lovely people and awesome value."

"Our GEM made our stay so relaxing and all our needs were taken care of. The treatments at the spa were expensive but dreamlike, we had 4 unforgettable treatments. The view was stunning. The breakfast food was 5/5. The buffet was marvellous, with an a la carte included. The hotel's accessibility could be improved. Not every staircase had a handrail. "
