"The hotel location is a little bit in a heavy traffic area, for example the Mall of İstanbul which you can see it across the freeway, there is no walkway to it, going there is only by car or taxi usually takes 20-30 minutes due to heavy traffic."

"Yes the room was spotless, the entire hotel is spotless. And the staff were very helpful especially engin the receptionist. We made a mistake when booking and we only booked a single room and engin contacted the manager who upgraded us to a double room free of charge. I highly recommend serenity comfort hotel especially if you are in Istanbul for dental operations and cosmetic operations. Five stars all the round, the food is also excellent."

"Excellent service (Harun specifically), extremely clean. The room was as described, the swimming pool was amazing. I would recommend staying here especially if you are spending time in and around this location (212 Outlet/ Mall of Istanbul) however if you want to go to the old town (Sultan Ahmet/ Hagia Sofia) then its a 8-10 minute walk to Mahmutbey metro and 45-50mins metro journey. The majority of amenities are available around Mahmutbey metro station. I would definitely book again."

"I wouldn't call this hotel 5 stars. The rooms are okay, average at best. The pool, sauna and steam room are fine. Housekeeping staff are very hospitable and helpful, but front desk staff, not so much. Also located relatively far from public transport (though knew this before booking) and not too far from the airport."
