Beautiful Beachfront Condo 50 Steps from Beautiful Playa Bonita Beach

Cincuenta pasos….50 steps…. in any language you are that close to beautiful Playa Bonita Beach, sight that will always greet you when in the apartment. We are situated at the east end of the beach where a private cove makes it even more enticing.
This two bedroom first floor condo is in a gated community built in 2017. It is fully furnished and waiting for you to enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in the country.
-The patio includes an alfresco dining table and lounge seating for 6.
-The kitchen has an island with 4 stools, a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator, blender, coffee machine and toaster.
The living room has a large L-shaped sofa and a Netflix ready tv.
There are two ensuite bedrooms with king size beds plus a powder room in the lounge area. Housekeeping is included in the rental price. Each bathroom incudes a hairdryer.
There are air conditioners in both bedrooms and the living room.
A washer & dryer machine is at your full disposal for your laundry convenience.
The Playa Bonita Residences includes a fresh water pool and club house only a couple minutes from the condo.
Along the beach, there are several restaurants at the west end of the beach that you can walk to in less than 10 minutes. The town of Las Terrenas is only 10 minutes away by car and offers many shops and outdoor seating restaurants along the coast line.

Paradise!

My husband and I are frequent travelers to the DR and this was hands down the best property we’ve ever stayed at. The pictures shown are 100% spot on and even more magnificent in person. The apartment was spotless and included all the amenities you could ever need. Nidia was so sweet and accommodating and always available. The apartment was located on the best part of Playa Bonita with powder-like sand and no sea weed or rocks. Absolutely perfect! We will definitely be coming back here next year! Thank you Nidia for an amazing experience!!

We had a wonderful stay in Playa Bonita and can’t wait to visit again! We loved our condo it was well cared for, comfortable and the location was the best. Nidia was terrific, she was ready to assist us in any needs we had during our stay. She helped make our trip a pleasure. We will be working with her on our next trip to Playa Bonita.

Absolutely best family vacation!

Forget about what they’re saying on TV! Book!!! I have so much respect for Dominican’s after this trip! We are a family of 5 with kids ages 10-2, from Miami. Best experiences yet! The house was safe, clean, comfortable, and well equipped! Breathtaking views! Beach🙌🏽 Literally steps away from shallow calm waters! Walking distance to restaurants,and bars! Walking distance to surf school- that my kids attended! Las Terrenas has everything equipped supermarkets, pharmacies, and people that are willing to please!

Wow! We entered the condo and the view of the beaches and swaying palms could not be captured in a photo. The patio was our favorite “ room” for meals, relaxation, even afternoon naps. The condo is located on the best part of Playa Bonita, with sand beaches, crystal waters, and no seaweed. Restaurants and bars are located at the other end of the beach. If you are up for a longer walk, I encourage you to walk around the point to Playa Coson. The beach and waters are beautiful. The condo was comfortable and well appointed for 2 couples. The kitchen has the basics for cooking. A large bottle of water is hooked up to the refrigerator water and ice dispenser. An in unit washer and dryer was very convenient. Air conditioning is available for additional cost. We turned ours on briefly at night to cool the bedroom only. Ceiling fans and open patio doors kept the unit comfortable. The condo is well maintained and Nidia, the property manager was accessible and responsive to questions. Cleaning staff is available daily if you want it. A lovely pool is part of the complex with a bar, open only during the day. Some tips: A limited number of beach umbrellas and lounge chairs are provided by the development. Claim one in the morning. The condo provides 4 beach towels. The development sprays for bugs/ mosquito around 7 pm. Plan any meals on the patio accordingly. Playa Bonita is 5 km from the town of Las Terrenas where there are several large supermarkets, ATMs, and a variety of restaurants. Expect to pay US $20 round trip for a taxi. Car rental is available but even the Dominicans will tell you driving is crazy. Motorcycles are everywhere and make up their own rules. Nidia provides a list of 3 reliable taxi services. Phone: I found it helpful to have a phone that had international service and texting for taxis, restaurants, or contacting Nidia.

AMAZING!

First and foremost this gorgeous apartment and property are more impressive in person. High ceilings and extremely clean with a view that cannot be beat. Quiet and relaxing. You feel as though you're secluded in raw nature but with great places to drink and eat very close by! There are so many options for activities. The security is top notch, we always felt safe. We would come back in a flash, actually going back home was the only negative. Nidia was so nice and helpful. Don't overthink it, just book it!

Truly beautiful

This is a gorgeous property on a truly beautiful beach. Nidia made our stay extra special. We really enjoyed the condo. We are both fair skinned so it was perfect for us to be able to stay in full shade while still watching the waves. There is also a nice beach boardwalk for strolling. Highly recommend!

Wonderful beach, wonderful home

If you need a place that is affordable but luxurious and has the best concierge service on the island, then book this condo, but beware, you may not want to leave. You will have all you need to cook simple meals, be a quick and "exhilarating" drive into town and Nidia to take care of everything. The beach is the best with its calm waters and nearby cove.
