"Enjoyed this resort…. The food was good! Good top shelf liquor beach was not the best because of the seaweed this time of the year! There were some floaters in the beach but turned out to be manatee poop so don’t be surprised like we were! The spa only had a steam room which was very disappointing! The crew for the most part were amazing but there were some lazy and inattentive ones that we didn’t care for so much! "

"We absolutely loved our stay at TRS Coral. The property was stunningly beautiful, the staff was kind and accommodating, and we had the best vacation. The only hiccup was reaching our assigned butler at arrival, but once connected through the front desk, communication was seamless. Our one significant frustration was with the Palladium Travel Club. Before we even reached our room — exhausted from a full day of travel — an agent pulled us aside, showed us a map of the property, and made it feel like a helpful welcome. He then seamlessly transitioned into signing us up for what we didn’t know would be a 3-hour sales presentation the next morning. We were told we’d receive a free couples massage as a perk for celebrating our 10-year anniversary, and genuinely believed this was a thoughtful gesture from the hotel. That framing was never corrected. The next morning we were taken to breakfast, then toured premium rooms, then brought to an office and pitched a 5–10 year membership. What made it most frustrating wasn’t the presentation itself — it was the lack of transparency. Had we known upfront this was a timeshare-style sales pitch, we could have made an informed choice. Instead it was disguised as an anniversary perk. It also wasn’t fair to the representative that didn’t know we weren’t informed of the true situation. For a resort this beautiful with staff this warm, that experience cast an unnecessary shadow over the start of an otherwise wonderful trip.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​"

"Very Clean. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Staff is amazing. Kids club is very small and kids over 4 or 5 probably arent going to like it. Not much at all for kids to do. No swim up bar is kinda weird but staff are pretty attentive to being you drinks by the pool and nothing on site for evening entertainment. Nothing for shade in the main pool. We did all inclusive but if you didn’t, the prices are pretty outrageous. Have to either sign for your drinks and food or scan your bracelet every time was a small annoyance. At check in they take a 10000-14000 peso deposit, so make sure you have some room on your credit card. I’ve never had to leave such a large deposit. Room key is on your bracelet which is awesome and you don’t have to mess with towel cards which was great. Just use as many towels as you want and exchange them whenever. Wasn’t much of an issue to get chairs beside the pool. Has a super quiet low key spa type vibe. If that’s what you’re going for then this may be the place for you. Overall a good experience with good food. Had an enjoyable trip but probably won’t be back."

"I had the absolute pleasure of joining my family for a stay at Planet Hollywood Cancun, and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy, welcoming, and thoughtfully done. The resort has such a fun, lively atmosphere, with movie-themed touches everywhere you look. I’m not usually one to “geek out,” but I have to admit, I found myself smiling at all the memorabilia and little details—it really adds something special to the experience. What made the trip truly memorable, though, was the time spent together. There was something for everyone, and it made it so easy to relax, enjoy great meals, and just be present with family. The staff were warm and attentive, and the entire place felt clean, safe, and well-run. All in all, a fantastic vacation. I came home happy, a little sun-kissed, and very grateful for the memories we made together."
