"The house itself has a certain charm but needs serious cleaning and updating. Peeling paint inside bathroom door, fix leg on bbq grill, upgrade the linens on beds, label the light switches (it was so hard to find the right switches), refinish the floors, regrout the tile floors and inside the shower, provide decent paper towels and toilet paper. My allergies were really set off, so I suspect somewhere there was mold or mildew out of sight. There were gaps around the glass doors large enough for critters to squeeze through. The 3rd bedroom doesn't really qualify as a bedroom. The sofa bed was awful and dirty and there were no linens to fit it. We had to borrow an inflatable bed. The sunsets were gorgeous though and we liked the location, but i would not stay there again."
