"The hotel and staff were amazing. The hotel is new and modern and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The breakfast is fresh and delicious and the downstairs lounge offers a fun space to have a drink and relax. Would give more than 5 stars it that was an option. "

"My recent 7 day stay at the Hotel Geneve was like a dream. The hotel is a historic 100 year old elegant masterpiece. The location is just a few blocks in one direction to the Reforma, it is walkable to the Roma Norte and Condesa neighborhoods and 3 blocks from a major transit center where one can use the excellent metro system and buses. It is also near to the Turibus, (hop on hop off) stop. Best of all it is in a teeming area of restaurants, art galleries, bars and coffee shops. I actually teared up having to leave. The staff were wonderful and attentive. If you are going to Mexico City and you DO NOT want the standard hotel that is Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Four Seasons this is the place. Can't wait to go back.

"Really loved my stay here. The property is a tad dated, byt in very good shape. Room was spacious and comfortable, on-site restaurant (3rd floor) was excellent, and the location is GREAT!
