"This hotel is amazing. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Location is perfect walking distance to several points of interest and great restaurants. The morning breakfast was stellar and everything you could want and more. Only downside was both my husband and myself found the bed to be far too firm/hard for our liking. To the point that we woke up sore. We stayed in several European hotels but even by those standards this bed was firm. Other than that we loved everything about this hotel and would definitely recommend it. "

"We’ve tried several breakfast buffets while traveling in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, and Italy and the breakfast buffet at the Rialto was phenomenal! Very large selection was offered and everything was absolutely fresh and delicious! My wife and I wished we could have breakfast there everyday! Also-The setting in a beautiful brick cavern below the hotel was really enchanting!"

Also I had to deal with other customers who were really rude and messy which really affected my experience with my stay.
