"I asked the manager to call me- no response! My shower had cold water. My remote had low batteries and did not work correctly. The coffee pot in my room would only squeak out 2 inches of really black coffee when ai pushed the tall cop button. Sess was good at check in but I wanted to talk to the manager about an error in booking and he/she did not respond. I was charged for 3 nights when I only stayed one!!"

"I only had a couple days in Athens so I wanted a location close to what I wanted to see, and the hotel was perfect for this. Staff are above and beyond, so friendly and helpful!! My room was big, and very clean. I didn't have the breakfast, but I heard great things about it from other guests. Tons of shopping, dining options and main sights are all walkable from this hotel. I was a solo female traveler and I felt very safe and well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again!"

"This hotel was amazing. The room was big, clean and amazing. They provided robes, slippers, water, toothbrushes and toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, soap and huge towels. The rood top pool was amazing as well as the view! The breakfast buffet was absolutley amazing..so fresh and so many choices. When we go back to Barcelona we will def stay here again! "
