Perfect for our trip to Jasper NP. Cozy cabin in quiet location with easy check in and out. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Camp store was one of the nicer stores with souvenirs. Laundry facilities were good. Drives to Jasper and Maligne Lake were easy and we enjoyed seeing bighorn sheep each drive.

Lovely cabin accommodations with updated hotplate, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The main building has a wonderful game room, gift shop, coffee station and delicious chocolate chip cookies. They have trekking poles and binoculars to borrow. There's a heated pool and BBQ areas that we didn't have a chance to use. The facility is outside of town, on the way to Miette Hot Springs, which I also highly recommend. Staff was very helpful.

I loved this property with fire rings lit in evenings and mornings. There’s a pool and a game room. It’s a bit remote but cabins have a refrigerator and stove. Comfortable bed. Nice bath. Deck on the cabin provided a nice place for dinner. There’s a nice gift shop with a few food items. I was hoping for more of a convenience store. I look forward to staying here again!

The staff was very pleasant. We had a couple of problems in our suite and they were quick to attend to it. The suite was dated. The kitchen was lacking in appropriate utensils for cooking and for eating. Pans were used and abused. The carpeting is old and should be replaced.

We loved the clean, cozy cabins, games room, and the central grassy area. Unfortunately the outdoor pool was not heated and the hot tub had been removed. The staff are great and it’s an easy drive from Jasper! A great alternative to staying in the town where the family could relax.

We had a very nice stay at the Miette Mountain Resort. A little chilly for the pool but our family made good use of the games room and the proximity to Miette springs for short hikes. Staff were friendly and responsive to requests. Well maintained for a large complex; the newer 2 bedroom cabins are particularly nice, but the older 2 level lodge rooms provide more space for visiting.

The cabins were further away from the main Jasper town that I thought and close to the main road so a lot of traffic noise, but overall it was a good stay and lodge was clean and well serviced.

For the price point we expected a higher quality but we are from America and don’t know what Canadian expectations are. From the pics we expected a new cabin. But, the one we stayed in was older but remodeled. There was a stove top but no oven. The pool water was comfortable and clean. The hot springs just up the mountain were a very nice experience we had not expected. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. Jasper was 35 minutes away. If we go again, we would probably stay in town for convenience. The fire from two years ago did not reach where we stayed so it was a nice setting.

The Internet was very slow. Bed was comfy it was a very peaceful place to stay. Would have stayed an extra night but the price was expensive as for they were busy. The location was very good.
