I’ve developed neck pain from the pillows and kept waking up in the middle of the night to fix the pillow as it felt like I was on a rock and I had to keep fixing it. The queen bed is not a real queen bed it felt like full size. Two 110 lbs 5’2 girls couldn’t fit in the bed. We had to call and ask if this was for sure a queen bed.. but excellent staff was the only good part of the hotel. Very helpful and sweet customer service. "
