Sea Breeze Retreat, TOP NOTCH

Enjoy your time with family or friends in this lovely 3 bedroom holiday house! Sea Breeze is located only minutes away from beautiful Brisbane Waters and a short drive to local beaches. The back garden is a perfect place for kids to play and in season feel free to pick your own fresh oranges from the orange tree or herbs from the garden. Other activities include walks along the water, cycling on the bike track or perhaps just relax in comfort with a good movie, and a BBQ feast.

The space
This comfortable and spacious three bedroom, two bathroom house has all the essentials supplied. Arrive and unpack before either relaxing or heading off to explore the lovely Central Coast.

Guest access
During your stay, you will have the front house and backyard all to yourselves. Please make yourself at home!

Other things to note
Please note that the property is located across from the train line, however most guests report that they hardly noticed any noise.

Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you! You will notice a yellow House Manual and Tourist Guide on the dining table.

Pet Information Required:

How many pets will be accompanying you?
Please provide details of their breed, age and gender.
We do not allow puppies or dogs that are not fully house-trained.

Pet Owner Responsibilities:

We assume you are responsible pet parents who will prevent excessive noise and ensure proper cleanup after your pet.
If your dog tends to bark when left alone in a new environment, please take them with you at all times.

Pet Fee:
A $50 pet fee per pet, per stay will be added to your booking. This fee is charged separately from your accommodation cost.
