"This was the absolute best spot to be for our first time to Kaua’i with our kids. It is a hop, skip and a jump to delicious food spots, iconic beaches like Poipu while still being quiet, private and peaceful at the end of a long day traversing the island. We loved taking the short walk down to Shipwreck Beach to collect shells and there were so many close options for delicious coffee in the morning. When we needed a break from hosing off all the sand, the pool was the perfect place to relax too. The house was clean and cozy and anytime we needed help or advice with anything, Jennifer was so quick to respond and so lovely to talk to. Our kids loved this trip and our house so much, that we’ve had to make a promise to come back. Having travelled all over the island and seen the other towns, there is no other place I would stay. It was quiet, it was picturesque, easily accessible, and most importantly, it had AC (if you know, you know). Easily our new favorite temporary home away from home. Don’t sleep on this one if you’re thinking about visiting the island!"

"We were disappointed that the air conditioner was broken and we had a few window units. They were noisy and not very efficient. We got the note about the AC almost a month before our stay. Seems like they had time to fix it… We were told there was no pack n play for the toddler that was traveling with us and was sent a link to rent it??? That is one thing that absolutely should be provided by the property. So we stopped on the way from the airport to purchase one which was cheaper than renting one from the link. When we arrived there we found…a pack n play in one of the closets. Nice, but took valuable time both purchasing and returning ours. Frustrating. Great location, close to wonderful beaches, turtles and seals! There was a closet at the property that was SO helpful, it had a cooler, beach chairs and umbrellas, sand toys and goggles. We were very grateful for these and got lots of use out of them."
