"Clean, friendly hotel. Decent breakfast."

"Room was dirty, carpets stained, wall had something filthy spilled and running down it. Toilet didn't flush, shower hose was broken so most of the water shot out the hose rather than the shower head. 3 prong plug on hair dryer but only 2 prong plugins in the bathroom. Rest of the outlets in room were stripped so you couldn't plug anything in as the plug fell back out. The ottoman of the chair was broken so if you touched it it fell over. We switched to another room during the stay and it was only marginally better in that at least the toilet flushed and the shower worked. But still dirty. VERY OFF BRAND FOR A HILTON, EXTREMELY DISSAPPOINTED."

"The rooms are out dated. We were in a ground floor room with bars outside the window reminiscent of a prison. There was no AC however they did provide a fan. We didn’t feel comfortable leaving the windows open at night. The access to the parking garage is extremely narrow and many rental cars have been scratched and damaged on the narrow walls. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was good."

"The bathroom smelled bad when we checked in and there was no vent or exhaust fan so we told the front desk staff and manager but they were nonchalant about it and didn’t say they’d fix it. Also the airconditioning was intermittent so the room got very stuffy and hot. The bar and restaurant staff were very nice, their service was good, and the food was good."

"The hotel is very conveniently located, with parking beside the building. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel generally, and our room specifically, was very clean. The hotel has both a full service restaurant and a coffee shop on site. Both were excellent."
