Apparently a disconnect between the individual apt owner, hotels.com, and the front desk. Also pool was never open yet—one of the main reasons we selected it. Also property is not a hotel. Reviews of 10 score were misleading. "

"O cardápio no café da manhã era razoavelmente diversificado e feito na hora, podendo solicitar ainda alguns itens a parte (ovos, tapioca, etc); Tudo na edificação muito novo, pessoal dos serviços muito solícitos, muito fácil o acesso e localização. Ótima localização."

"Os travesseiros são ruins, muito alto e incomoda. O trio: sabonete shampoo e condicionador muito fraco. O quarto novo, muito bonito tv de 65 polegadas. Pode melhorar a toalha, embora nova não enxuga pois é de qualidade fraca. Cana e lençóis bons. Tinha cafe no quarto mas não utilizei. "
