"Cedar Lodge Motel has always been a favorite as the kids were growing up. The pool is definitely a drawing feature. Cedar Lodge is a reasonably priced place to stay that is clean and feels safe. I have found the staff to be friendly and helpful. It is within a five minute or less drive to many eating places, and shopping areas. The beaches and lighthouse are also within a short drive. If you really enjoy walking then skip driving and get where you want to go on foot."

"What a great place! There are signs at the front desk that speak to quality and excellence and this is delivered consistently throughout. So many nice touches including: a beautiful property, great pool and hot tub, extremely clean bathroom and room in general, nice TV with an excellent list of channels, great snacks included in our stay and one of the most comprehensive guest directories we’ve seen. We will be back!"

"We had a great stay at this wonderful location. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to local attractions but still peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. "Inn was quaint and clean, good location, everything only a short drive. No A/C in the room, but that was mentioned in booking I just didn't realize it. After 3 days of lovely hot weather to room never cooled off that much with only the fans, but the fans did work somewhat. Angus was a great host, good breakfasts and always had good suggestions on what to do/where to go."

"It was a great property. It was cozy and comfortable. We had everything that we needed. All beds were clean and comfortable. Very private. Too many steps to the beach for 1 older person. We had great bonfires every night. The bunkie was super great and cute. We enjoyed ourselves despite cool, damp weather."
