"Older hotel but well maintained. Check in took longer than expected. However, the staff is welcoming and professional. We had breakfast at the on site restaurant. Server was super friendly and accommodating to the vegans in our party. Valet parking was convenient although pricey. Location is super close to the Millenium Park, shops, restaurants, and the riverwalk."

"Steps away from the station so it’s super convenient although you can hear the subway so if you’re a light sleeper, you may not want to stay here. Neighbourhood felt safe and the hotel itself was spacious and clean. Would stay here again"

"We had a good stay overall! The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The location was definitely a highlight—it was within walking distance of many restaurants, attractions, and other places we wanted to visit, which made getting around very convenient. The room and some of the hotel areas do look a little outdated, but everything was comfortable enough for our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and would definitely consider coming back again!"

"The room and location were amazing. The only thing was at check in I was not informed about anything the hotel offered or where to find anything. I was there 5 days and had no idea about breakfast the gym or pool. The staff was friendly just didnt have the most welcoming or informative check in. But aside from that loved the room and the views and the walkable distance to everything. I stayed in a corner room on the 20th floor."
