The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the pool and common areas, which were clean, relaxing, and well organized. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, including local specialties that made the experience even more special. Overall, this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Maceió and I would absolutely return without hesitation."

"Localização excelente. Café da manhã muito bom e variados. Funcionarios que atendem no Café da manhã muito eficientes e simpáticos. Na recepção, infelizmente, uma única funcionaria não pode atender todos com a presteza necessária. O próprio ambiente da recepção é muito apertado e um tanto confuso. Não parece um Mercure......O estacionamento é decepcionante. Pouquíssimas vagas e o unico manobrista tem que buscar os carros em outro local. Isso com o custo de 30 reais por dia....."
