"We had an amazing stay while visiting our daughter at JMU. Check-in and check out was a breeze. Our host Lisa was very responsive and an absolute pleasure. Lisa's horse farm was tucked away in the back of their property. It was quiet, cozy and the horses were so friendly. We walked to the river, it was beautiful! We stargazed and took pics of galaxies that are not viewable from Florida. Overall it was above 5 stars! We will be back. Thank you Lisa!!!!"

"Great location, secluded away from other houses. Walk to river was a well cleared, short trail. We had a great time and our golden doodle didn’t want to leave. She was laying under the nice shade tree in the front yard as we packed up and ignored us when it was time to get in the car"
"This place is a hidden gem! Tastefully decorated, very roomy, pics don’t do it justice. We enjoyed walks around the property, swinging in hammocks under the willows, talking with the hosts and neighboring farm animals, and enjoying the mountains, cornfields, and pond nearby. We will definitely be back!"

"As my decades-ago college roommate and I met up to spend time together at this beautiful property, the setting was perfect. The setting is gorgeous, with a gentle stream, running alongside it, plenty of birds up in the nearby woods, and nice spaces outside to sit and enjoy nature. We even sat outside one evening on the porch to watch an incoming thunderstorm, and it was magical.The amenities in the home reflected deep and thoughtful consideration of what guests might need. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our own meals, the bathroom was clean and bright, and the bedrooms were inviting."
