Their hospitality goes way beyond simple professionalism. They possess a rare, intuitive ability to anticipate your needs before you even realize them yourself. Whether it was having a favorite refreshment ready, offering the perfect local recommendation just as we were planning our day, or checking in with genuine care, every interaction felt deeply personalized."

"Great Hotel, rooms were spacious, nicely appointed and comfy beds. Only comment is the shower in the bathroom had the typical low track for the door which allowed water to leak. We just put towels around perimeter and soaked it up. Otherwise, bathrooms were great! Love the roof top bar and our last night included an amazing lightning display over the rooftops of Rome. The location in Trastevere is convenient for walking to all the major sites and great places to eat in town. The breakfast buffet was good. The front desk staff are so helpful and amazing"

"We only stayed one night, but the hotel was very clean and the room comfortable, a good size and good bed. The staff we met were all very nice and helpful. What surprised me the most was how delicious and big the breakfast was. We had booked a room with breakfast, expecting a coffee and pastry, but the breakfast had a huge spread and delicious coffee! We'll definitely return if we make it back to Rome."

"Wonderful location- very walkable to all the landmarks in Rome! Close enough that we could stop for a midday break at the hotel. Extremely kind and helpful front desk staff. Free coffee and tea in the galley areas were a perk. Would definitely stay here again!"

"They were very hospitable. We arrived very early in the morning and they held our luggage until our room was ready. When we checked out our flight wasn’t until late evening and they allowed us to rest in their lobby which doesn’t sound like much but it was during a heat wave and it meant everything to us 10 out of 10"

"Great location in Trastevere, small rooms but comfortable. Bathroom amenities minimal, small daily soap only, no hair or body products. 3 daily Breakfast options, but they were fresh and adequate. Staff excellent, very helpful."
