"Check-in is at the the Bar to the left when you transverse the revolving entry door. No room refrigerator. Bathroom has a Cruise Ship Theme, extremely small. Water leaking a little from Shower (stationary glass (leaking) of sliding shower door) onto bathroom floor. Elevator making a large squeaking sound. Complimentary check-in Ice Tea is a small glass of premade house blend Ice Tea either with or without alcohol, very good. Note: Drink coupon is not for any other drink. Centrally located. Very close {across the street) to the WestQuay Mall and other outside mall shopping. Poundland, Tesco, Lidl are all on one street outside the mall. Asada grocery is nearby. Bus lines nearby. Very walkable venues from hotel. Quiet room. AC works well and also quiet. Overall, hotel is very nice and convenient."
