"A really disappointing hotel. Despite booking a superior room, I was placed in annex room on the fourth floor which looked nothing like those publicised on the hotels.com website. The room was noisy due to being in the roof with wallpaper coming off the walls. Communal areas were also soulless and the general area surrounding the hotel was not pleasant. The hotel was so bad that an early check out and refund was attempted, however, the hotel refused. In summary, I would not recommend and suggest significant due diligence."

"Convenient location near airport. Good breakfast. Rooms are typical size for Naples. Unfortunately there was a lot of mold in the shower and around the window. Desk staff were exceptional."
