"This will be our fourth or fifth stay at the hotel. So what can I say - absolutely everything was outstanding as usual. Reception friendliness and local knowledge, everything about our room was faultless including cleaning the room each day. Also the daily breakfast was brilliant. My wife and I can honestly say there was absolutely nothing we find fault with about this Turim Hotel. Which is exactly why we always return to this wonderful hotel when we are in Madeira"

"Very friendly welcome and was also upgraded to a superior sea view room, which was clean and well-equipped, with a kitchen. Location was perfect at the quiet end of the front and close to the cable car station to Monte. Car parking in the basement was very handy and leaving it there after checkout was no problem. Breakfast was very pleasant and we also had a drink in the Captain’s bar outside later, again excellent service and a nice ambience. Would definitely book here again if we were staying over in Funchal."

"The property was very clean. Had everything required for our stay. A taxi ride away from amenities. Uber was very efficient. Only down side is the consistent barking at all hours of what I think is a nearby kennels. Along with 4:30am wake up calls by cockerels!! Take ear plugs ha"
