"Clean room, good staff"

"we pulled late that nite around 9PM so, the location was perfect for late nite restaurants. Staff was helpful and rooms were clean! i think what worked the best was the room was available for a late booking as well which we felt really lucky"

"Room was very clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable, complimentary water bottle with fill station in every floor. restaurant and lounge open until 2am. Although we did not get to experience it. Parking was expensive but Adrian helped us get a discounted rate at a nearby parking lot. It was secured and well lit. I accidentally left my purse behind and called them immediately once I realized and thankfully they found it and I was able to pick it up immediately. Pets stay free just make sure you let them know as they use a certain floor for pets but even though it was used for pets it was exceptionally clean. "

"TV didn’t work, air conditioner had to have someone look at and it never did cool the room. Left a tip for housekeeping - no washclothes, glasses, toliet paper, coffee creamer."

"At the front desk the employee didn’t tell us which elevators to go to, so we went to the wrong elevators and were lost on some 8th floor business area. The freezer in our hotel room didn’t work, we placed a bag of ice in it and within a few hours it was a puddle of water. The door to our hotel room had a broken spring, it was so hard to open and would slam shut so hard you could loose a finger if your hand was in the door way. The phone in the room to call the front desk was dead, so I was unable to make a call to the front desk when our TV stopped working for an hour. Eventually it started working again but was frozen on the YouTube channel. Overall it doesn’t seem worth the money paid. Disappointed."

"The late night staff was very much distasteful, atmosphere was a bit hostile not helpful. The staff just stares at you as you pass by, it was giving the gross sisters from the proud family non expressive low vibrational. Day time staff was a bit chirpier. The view was alright, I only chose to stay here because tik tok made it look worth it but id rather spend the extra elsewhere."
