My guest services ambassador Fabian was outstanding. He personalized my needs during my stay which contributed to an exceptional experience.
Over amazing agents were Jerome, Karen, Kemalla,
Torisha. There was one other youngman who delivered the birthday balloons.... I forgot his name.

"I love the friendly staff, and how attentive the staff is to your needs.The place is very clean,very beautiful.The rooms are clean and cold,the pools are lovely n relaxing. The food and drinks are out of this world.I took my daughter there from 2nd August til the 3rd, and she love it soon much that she is thinking about spending her birthday at Wyndham Sam Lord Castle between 05 December.And l will be back next year. All l am say Wyndham Sam Lord Castle is the BEST HOTEL IN THE WORLD."
"Sugar Bay is beautiful. It's quiet and smaller than super-resorts. The food was good - Sizzler steakhouse was outstanding. Getting to the hotel and accessing excursions was easy. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend. "

"Little arches is a beautiful and unique hotel. It’s close to Oistins and a great beach off Enterprise drive. We walked over on Friday night for the Oistins Fish Fry and regularly went into town to pick up a meal. If you ask, the staff will help set up seats and an umbrella for the beach and it was lovely. We loved our stay and the accommodations were relaxing and provided many areas to converse and decompress. I would definitely return the next time we’re in Barbados!"
"Simply spectacular. Great location ON THE BEACH. The beach is steps away and the beach chairs/umbrellas are perfect. The rooms are CLEAN. Great bathrooms and showers. The staff is so so so nice. Beyond nice. And importantly, the food at the restaurant is DELICIOUS. Happy hour helps a lot as well if you drink. Would definitely stay here again.
