"Overall the property was immaculately well maintained and super clean. We stayed in rm 3102 a 1 bedroom , ocean front suite on the ground floor. It gave direct access to the beach but with no real beach view. The patio area is shrouded by high shrubs so that literally on 3 inches of the beach can be seen from inside the room( so basically a small snippet of the horizon). The patio was huge and perfect for a party or get together of some sort.. maybe a little nude sunbathing but on the other hand the space is wasted .. as there is plenty of room for a hot or small wading pool. That would have been an excellent addition and made the room perfect! Typically the germaphobe in has me wiping and cleaning everything all of the time. This place… not a speck of dust or dirt to be found .. sheets super crisp and fresh. I even felt comfortable enough to walk around with no socks or shoes… a first for me. The shower is large enough for 2 .. has excellent water pressure and temperature . There was a jetted tub also but we did not use it. A double vanity with lots of light and a separate water closet both inside and outside the bathroom. theKitchen was full/ modern incl washing machine/ dryer,dishwasher, microwave . Beautiful beach with great beach service. Ask for Lila he will keep you supplied! Downsides: no smart tvs, so you can’t stream anything, although they all have a dvd player and a crappy dvd selection at the front desk. Food is good but really pricy for what you get."

"The room was very clean and the staff was attentive. Everything was great from the time we checked in until we left. We were greeted with a clean towel and cocktails, which was very nice after a long flight. Would definitely recommend or return to stay."

"The property was under renovation so the spa wasn’t available and there was construction ongoing. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and pool/beach were friendly and helpful. Hemingway restaurant is a great spot for all meals. The bikes were a bit disappointing; older and not in great shape but we took them to town as they were rideable. Overall we had a great time."

"Great location away from the grace bay strip area. Modern and very clean property and rooms. The AC stayed cold in the room which was a huge plus after a long day at the beach or the pool! The pool was also great and the food was very tasty - including the pizza, pasta and coffee! Loved the welcome drink as well, a great touch to start your vacation!"

"We had such a lovely stay! The scenery was beautiful, and the staff were so kind and helpful. We were celebrating my partner’s birthday, and they surprised him with a treat and a birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful touch. We also enjoyed breakfast during our stay. When our car broke down and needed to be towed, the staff were so helpful and made a stressful situation easier. Thank you for making our stay so special!"
