A hotel with a lot of old charm

The staff at Gala were great. The location is excellent and amazingly quiet when you shut the windows. Loved the roof top to relax with a cold one and the breakfast. Easy and safe to walk all over. Great restaurants nearby.

I was disappointed to find that the room was advertised as having air conditioning, but there was none. Additionally, the shower experience was not satisfactory, as there was barely any hot water available

The building itself was quite nice with a nice rooftop. The bedrooms were a little outdated and could have been cleaner. The breakfast also wasn’t great-just fruit and a coffee. The area was perfect for Puebla and in a great location for walking the city. It was very reasonably priced for the off season.
