Initial access to the lobby is very difficult. I had to find a random guest to provide me with access to the lobby. After that issue, I loved the stay! It was a great hotel!! I would love to stay here again!!

El.internet no funcionó en toda la estancia, por lo tanto la TV tampoco. No cambiaron toallas, y una ( el tapate) estuvo dos días empapado en el piso sin que lo cambiarán. Solicitare que me devuelvan parte de la estancia pues ofertan tv smart w internet y jamás funcionaron ( avise, pero no repararon). Hay un gran inconveniente, no se puede acceder al hotel más que por elevador. Pero se requiere una tarjeta que no te dan, debes esperar a que alguien te abra, y no siempre hay gente que te pueda dar acceso al elevador. Puedes esperar 15in sin que nadie atienda la entrada y estar afuera del hotel. Las cortinas no cubren completamente la ventana a las 7 am entra mucha luz y ya no te permite descansar. El gimnasio es muy limitado. La máquina multiusos de cables está rota de los cables..no funciona
